Real estate builder and developer AN Buildwell has been lending its expertise in construction and infrastructure since its inception in 2006-07. With two projects under its kitty, one each in the commercial and residential arena, AN Buildwell will perhaps be best known for the World Trade Center Manesar, its commercial project in Manesar, Gurgaon. The WTC AN Buildwell is an IT/ITes commercial complex project that was started in February 2008 with a proposed budget of rupees 433 crore. The first World Trade Center in entire North India, the project has without a doubt pushed up the corporate value of the builder immensely, which is quite impressive considering the fact that it’s only two projects old.

The AN Buildwell WTC project is a mainstream green office complex that is based on sustainability and scalability.
